In my journey as a Christian, I discovered that spiritual leaders are pressure to have all the answers. Leaders hardly have the support they need to be effective at what they do best. I devote my time partnering with leaders to develop their capacities to move themselves and their organizations forward.

I have been fortunate to work with hundreds of faith leaders and organization around the globe helping them discover and reach ministry goals while developing other leaders along the way. I offer biblical principles and practical tools to enhance leaders’ gifts and help them discover their purpose. I assist churches develop realistic strategic plan and provide training on best practices for evangelism and discipleship.

I assist individuals through different transitions in their life and ministries journey and apply coaching principles in several aspects of life including church, the workplace, and marriages.

I provide training in strategic leadership principles to help churches realign and reposition their objectives with their mission.
